Directions: Take one serving (1 scoop) in 8-10 oz of water, 15-30 minutes prior to training/physical activity. To assess tolerance, Use ½ of a serving (1 half of a scoop) 15-30 minutes prior to training, in 8-10 ounces of water. Note: Do not exceed two scoops in any 24 hour period.
